How to get to the Hermitage via public transportation:
Take Groome Transportation shuttle from San Jose Airport or San Francisco Airport to Monterey (1.5-3 hours, $49-55). Then walk 5 minutes to Monterey Transit Plaza and take Monterey-Salinas Transit Bus: route 5 to Carmel Rancho (30 minutes, $2), then route 24 to Carmel Valley, Pilot Road (30 minutes, $2). We can pick you up there (30 minutes to the Hermitage). Also, if you fly to the small Monterey Regional Airport, you can take Uber to Carmel Valley for ~$40.

Garden supplies (terracotta planter pots, potting soil, drought-resistant plants, critter fencing, etc)

Fire safety pruning and weeding
Distributing wood chip mulch on the land
